It's sundayevening and I'm so happy I could get into my bed! Just had one of the most 'full-of-food' weekends of my life! Starting with a huge dinner for my boyfriend's aunt her 50's birthday on friday. We had dinner the whole afternoon, so I couldn't see anymore food for the entire evening! Saturday, my mom, dad and I went to a little restaurant, because there were people working at home? Saturdayevening we celebrated the birthday of my boyfriends mum at the new grill restaurant Nostaluxx at 's Herenelderen. I went for the spare-ribs and yes, they we're delicious! Next weekend it will be much less! Wensday I got my wisdom teeth pulled out, so I will be on a diet for a couple off days (not so bad after this weekend :d ). Hope you all had a lovely weekend!

This little apartment is the apartment of the architect Mauricio Arruda in Brazil. I don't think I could live in an apartment like this but I do think this interior looks so gorgeous! I like how he created a ligth apartment with mostly vintage and retro furniture, without giving it a messy look!

Eindelijk gevonden, de L.A.M.B. S/S collectie 2012. Waarschijnlijk eergisteren niet zo goed gezocht want internet stond er deze keer vol van. De combinatie van de verschillende felle kleuren, gecombineerd met dan weer hele basic kleuren is echt iets voor mij! Hou het graag basic maar kan toch af en toe met een 'special touch' afkomen (meestal een leuk kleurtje).

Mercedes Benz Fashion Week is officieël al enkele dagen bezig in New York, en ik zit helaas nog steeds in België. Maar leuk dat er zulke sociale media bestaan als Twitter! Elke minuut krijg je wel een nieuwe tweet van iemand die ergens frontrow bij de één of de andere fashionshow aanwezig is en graag zijn/ haar uitzicht met de hele wereld wilt delen. Zo werd ik dus gisteren bedolven onder de leuke tweets van de fashionshow van Jason Wu. Hij stelde gisteren zijn nieuwe lente collectie 2012 voor! En ik ben nu eenmaal een fan, zonder dat ik eigenlijk een kledingstuk van hem in mijn kast heb hangen. Bij deze heb ik dus mijn favoriete combinaties uit zijn collectie gekozen.

Ze hebben iets samen die twee, Kate Moss en Vogue. Wat weet ik niet precies, maar in werkelijk elke Vogue die ik open doe kom ik ze praktisch altijd tegen. Onlangs de september issue van vogue gehaald enja hoor, prachtige fotoreportage van 'guess who', Kate's prachtige huwelijk!
Maar ja, geef nu even zelf toe, wie heeft er iets op tegen? Ik alvast niet, ben verliefd op haar stijl, en zou zo dat lichaam nog willen hebben eens ik haar leeftijd bereik.

Ze volgde zelf ooit een opleiding architectuur vooraleer ze in Hollywood terecht kwam, en ja dat kan je zien aan haar nieuwe 'stulpje'. Met een apart gastenverblijf, een tennisbaan en een ligging waarvan wij alleen maar 'waaaooww' kunnen zeggen, een pracht van een huis!

Essentiel laat de zomer nog even verder duren

Gisteren toevallig even in Hasselt geweest wegens een wispelturige MacBook Pro, en ik kon het niet weerstaan om toch even bij 'Essentiel' binnen te glippen. Had eigenlijk weinig tijd, maar kon gewoon de kleurrijke etalage niet weerstaan. En ja ik moet zeggen, het was de moeite, de herfst/winter 2011 collectie van Essentiel is prachtig, al die kleuren! Nu alleen nog terug gaan, en kunnen kiezen!

When you want the service like Mc Donalds but much better food and a great interior, you need to pass by 'Tasty Bowl' at Hasselt. When you enter this Thai- restaurant, you take a menucard and you can order to the pay-cass, you get your drinks and choose a table while waiting for your dinner. And yess the dinner is great!

I love pink!

Yes, I love this apartment with all the pink details! Certainly the pink 'Smeg' fridge in the kitchen is one of my favourite elements in this apartment. The apartment is not big, and thats just what I like about it! Also the fact that the bedroom is actually an island on the second floor in the middle of the apartment looks so 'waaoooww'! This apartment totally makes my day!

Heard about it but never bought something from it.

The fashionlabel Forever21 is finally arrived in Belgium! A store opened in Brussels and within some months they will also open a store in Antwerp.

Still have to work one week and then I have 4 weeks off before school begins! So I will be certainly doing a shoppingtrip to Brussels within a couple off days!

This old factory in London provoked a couple interior specialists to move from Paris to London. Simon Lee and Solenne de la Fouchardiere combined industrial roughness with warm furniture and some vintage trophies. In 2007, they moved to their 150 square meters large apartment, which lies on the upper deepening of an old factory.

Make your own friendships bracelets!

You’ll need

embroidery thread
a safety pin or tape
scissors

Start by cutting several strands of embroidery thread at about 24 inches each. Make sure there are two sets of each color. Combine the threads and tie a knot, leaving at least 3 inches of slack. Tape it to a flat surface or safety pin it to a pillow. Separate the two sets, arranging the strands in a mirror-image pattern with the outside strands the same color and so on moving inwards.

The weekend

En het weekend was weer druk druk druk... Zoals elk weekend in deze periode. Op vrijdag ga ik steeds naar Jazz ballet (onze Lady GaGa- moves inoefenen) en erna durven we nog al eens op stap gaan al stond dit weekend mijn hoofd daar niet echt naar, dus ben ik maar op tijd mijn bed in gekropen. Zaterdagmorgen moest ik al vroeg uit bed want ik had enkele spelertjes (tennis) van mij beloofd om naar hun interclubwedstrijd te gaan kijken, en namiddag moest ik zelf interclub spelen (niet bepaald goed afgelopen, maar wel veel plezier gehad). Zondag zijn we dan naar het communiefeest moeten gaan van een kennis van de familie. Gezellig feest, lekker eten, en een leuk weerzien met mijn beste vriendin!

Dit is echt één van mijn droomhuizen! Een ideaal rijhuis, niet te reuzachtig maar ook weer niet te klein! Dit huis is een project van de Franse architect en fotograaf Julien Smith. Julien Smith runt de studio 'Less Is More Design'. Dit huis is één van hun origineelste projecten en ligt in een drukke stad in Vietnam, Saigon (Ho Chi Minh). Deze foto's vond ik op de blog van Freshome!

Little shopping trip

Namiddag ben ik op een snelle shopping trip geweest in Hasselt. Clinic is één van mijn favoriete winkels in Hasselt! (je vindt ook een Clinic in Antwerpen)

House Doctor

Gisteren op facebook bij vrienden zitten rondneuzen en zo ben ik bij House Doctor terechtgekomen. Ze hebben ook enkele verkoop dealers in België o.a. in Luik, Antwerpen, Leuven, Brussel, Gent, Brugge, ... Binnen enkele weken ga ik een weekendje naar Amsterdam, daar zijn maar liefst zes winkels waar ze spullen van House Doctor verkopen, een bezoekje waard dus!

Gisteren in het zalige weertje een kleine shoppingtrip gemaakt met mama. Deze handtas heb ik gezien bij River Woods. Misschien wel het kopen waard?

Terwijl ik wat op het internet aan het ronddwalen was kwam ik bij deze website van Warehouse terecht: http://www.warehouse.co.uk/ ! Bezoekje waard als we nog eens naar Londen gaan, vooral de kleedjes zijn zo leuk!
